+ What are your classes like?
At Be Light, we believe yoga is accessible to all walks of life. We teach from an understanding that every body is different and that there is a type of yoga for every individual. With a mix of beginner Yogi's and long practiced Yogi's our classes care mostly about encouraging people to deepen their own individual practice wherever that may be.

+ I'm new to yoga (or) not very flexible, do you have any classes for beginners?
Yes! Many of our classes are designed with beginners in mind. A good place to start would be:
Gentle Yoga ~ Monday's 5:30pm
Wellness Yoga ~ Thursday's 5:30pm
Relax + Heal ~ Saturday's 8:30am.
If you find your body wanting more, we have plenty of classes that will allow you to progress to a level of practice you're comfortable with.
+ What should I wear/bring to class?
Wear anything you are comfortable moving in! Yoga is traditionally practiced barefoot, so there's no need to wear shoes or socks. We recommend bringing water, a yoga mat (if you have one), and an open mind!
If you don't have a yoga mat, we have some available for use.
+ Do I need to preregister for classes?
We recommend signing up for class in advance through our website or on the MindBody app. Though it's not required, it guarantees your spot, and allows us to prepare for your class.
+ What are your hours?
Our hours vary depending on the daily class schedule. We open a minimum of 15 minutes before each class and close 20 minutes after the last class. If you would like to come in to see the studio or have a conversation outside of class time, send us an email to schedule a meeting!
